In-situ or pre-cast concrete stairs with steel balustrade.
Walls
Party walls comprising of steel studwork finished both sides with two layers of plasterboard and acoustic insulation between or concrete with single layer of plasterboard each side.
Ceilings
Dry lined plasterboard or finished with plaster.
Flooring
Option of wood strip veneer flooring fitted in living areas, bedrooms and halls. "Carrara" marble fitted as standard in bathrooms, shower rooms and also in bed areas of "suite" apartments.
Decoration
All joinery painted with white satin oil paint, walls and ceilings decorated with white emulsion paint.
Kitchen
One and two bedroom apartment kitchens are fitted with a combination of doors finished in "Rosewood" timber veneer, and white laminate doors with "Rosewood" veneer edge details. Studio and Suite kitchens are fitted with white laminate doors with "Rosewood" veneer edge details. Splash back to work surfaces is finished in a choice of mirror or white back painted glass.
Appliances comprise stainless steel microwave, oven, touch control ceramic hub, fully integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher and extractor. Washing machine/tumble drier either fully integrated into kitchen, or located in separate utility cupboard in hall or bathroom.

Walls finished in a combination of honed and textured "Carrara" marble, together with full height acid etched or plain mirror panels. Floors fitted with honed "Carrara" marble. Wall mounted mirror faced vanity cabinet with glass shelves and shaver socket fitted above vanity unit. glass shower screen fitted to bath.
Shower rooms
Specification as bathrooms but fitted with white pressed steel shower tray and glass shower screen door.
Cooling/Heating System
Integrated dual system comprising perimeter floor mounted duct for heating and ceiling/wall mounted condenser units for cooling/heating.
Electrics
Halogen downlighters in halls, kitchens, bedrooms, bed areas and living areas, together with individual zoned five amp wall plug/switch circuits where appropriate.
Stainless steel light switches and white power sockets. TV/FM, satelite, data and telephone points fitted to all living rooms and bedrooms.
Smoke/heat detectors to local authority requirements.

Provided from insulated electrical hot water cylinder with electrical immersion heater located in utility cupboard
